This itinerary combines some of our best tours! You will travel to different parts of the kingdom of Denmark from remote island to the capital.
With interesting local vineyards emerging, we will visit a small winery driven by passion and love for wines then ends the day with a fantastic seafood buffet – perfect!
Walk through the 3.2 km lush forest to the 45 meter (148 feet) high Forest Tower, a unique architecture. On the top of the tower, 140 meter above sea level you get a stunning view. The day continues in Holmegaard Vaerk with a unique collection of 42,000 pieces of glass and 6,000 pieces of Kahler ceramics. You will see skilled glassworkers demonstrate the process of art-craftsmanship in the old hot shop.
Laeso island’s history date back to the 12th century, unique ecological eelgrass roof houses only found on this beautiful island. We will visit Salt Syderi where high-quality salt flakes (some people call it the “white gold”) is produced thousand years ago in old huts. On the second day, we go on nature safari, soak in the sea breeze, learn about the geological change of the island and even have a taste of what’s crawling beneath our feet.
In Aarhus, the second largest city in Denmark, we will visit The Old Town to step back in history from 1864 to modern day. A living museum, walk between the colorful houses with horse carriage passing by, enjoy Danish pastry with coffee/the.
The tour starts and ends in Copenhagen where you can choose to stay for city sightseeing on your own arrangement.

Itinerary
Check-in to your own booked hotel or you may select our hotel accommodation (Day 1).
We pick you up from your hotel, drive about 1 hour to a small local winery where we will have a tour in his garden, learn about the different plant varieties and Danish winemaking methods while tasting beautiful wines with light snack.
After that we go to the restaurant and enjoy one of Denmark largest seafood buffet with great varieties of salmon, lobster, oysters and many more dishes.
Includes: light snacks, water, coffee/tea, wine tasting, seafood buffet, transport back to Copenhagen city. Stay in your own booked hotel or select our hotel accommodation (Day 2)
We pick you from your hotel and drive about 1 hour to the Forest Tower. The stop is 2 hours, you will walk the clear path of about 3 kms through the forest and enjoy the view from the tower on your own.
We will drive to a cafe/restaurant and enjoy a traditional Danish lunch.
The tour continues to Holmegaard Vaerk where you have 2 hours to see the unique collection of 42,000 pieces of glass and 6,000 pieces of Kahler ceramics. You will see skilled glassworkers demonstrate the process of art-craftsmanship in the old hot shop. You can try out your creativity designing and decorate your own glass/vase/bottle in the creative workshop, it’s great fun for all ages.
Then we drive to Denmark second largest city, Aarhus and have a overnight stay.
Includes: lunch, Forest tower and Holmegaard Vaerk entrance fees, water, coffee/tea, 1 overnight stay in Aarhus including breakfast.
After breakfast at the hotel we drive to Frederikshavn and take the ferry to Laeso island, arrive around 1pm and we will have lunch in Vestero (North side of the island).
We drive to Salt Syderi (Salt Work) and explore the area for about 1 hour. Then check-in the hotel.
In the evening we will enjoy a delicious dinner in the restaurant at the hotel. After dinner you may take a walk around the harbor or simply enjoy the sea view.
All inclusive: breakfast, lunch, dinner, 1 overnight stay.
Breakfast at the hotel. We then start the day with 2 hours Nature safari in the South side of the island.
Around noon time we have lunch in Byrum (middle of the island)
Free time to stroll around the island, visit local shops. Optional: rent a bike.
In the afternoon we take the ferry to Frederikshavn and drive back to Aarhus, check-in the hotel.
Dinner in Aarhus city.

After breakfast at the hotel we walk to The Old Town where you step back in time and walk between the colorful houses with horse carriage passing by, take lots of photos, enjoy Danish pastry with coffee/tea.
You may choose to enjoy the Old Town until we head back to Copenhagen in the afternoon or explore the city center - please ask our guide for options.
